Are Sunnies Face products paraben-free?

All Sunnies Face products are proudly paraben-free. 

Are Sunnies Face products cruelty-free?

We have never tested on animals and all our products are cruelty-free — we only test on ourselves, our friends, and our family! 

Are Sunnies Face products safe for pregnant women?

Our products are generally safe to use if you are pregnant and breastfeeding however, it is best to always consult with your doctor first.

How do I know what shade works best for me?

Our thoughtfully created color edits are designed to be universally flattering, but makeup is very personal. Drop us a note on Instagram at @sunniesface and we can help you find the shade/s you are looking for.

Do Sunnies Face products work with all skin types?

Sunnies Face products are formulated to work well with all skin types, but we recommend doing a patch test before fully applying.

Do you sell Sunnies Face gift cards?

For now, we do not offer gift cards for purchase.​

Returns & Exchanges

Can I change my address after placing my order?​

If you are interested in changing your address after your order has been placed, please reach out to hello@sunniesface.com and we will be glad to assist you! 

I wasn’t around when they delivered to my address. How many delivery attempts do you make?

Our couriers can make up to two (2) delivery attempts per order. DHL will reach out to you first before making another attempt at delivery.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?​

Just message us at hello@sunniesface.com so we can assist you. Please ensure to provide supporting proof or images to confirm the item/s delivered to you.

Returns & Exchanges

What currency do you accept?​

Your purchase will be charged as USD at checkout.​

Will duties and taxes be included at checkout?

Yes, duties and taxes will be computed and included at checkout.

What is your return policy?

We accept refunds for products with factory defects or any wrong items delivered within 7 days upon receipt of package. Email your order number and proof of purchase to hello@sunniesface.com.​​  

Affected orders will be refunded via shop vouchers equivalent to the total amount spent. 

At the moment, we do not accept returns and exchanges. 

Kindly note that we do not accept any return or refund requests for Sunnies Face products purchased outside of sunniesface.com.

What's your return process?

We currently do not accept returns for orders with international shipping however, we will issue vouchers if your refund request is approved.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards through PayPal.

How quickly will I see a Sunnies Face charge on my credit card?

Your credit card will be charged immediately as soon as your purchase is confirmed.

What can I do if my payment is declined?

If your form of payment is declined, please email us at hello@sunniesface.com and we will be happy to investigate.

Orders

How can I get updates or check the status of my order?

You can use the tracking number found in your order confirmation email or track your orders here. We also send email updates regarding your shipment status.

Can I use multiple promo codes at checkout?

You may only use 1 promo or discount code per order.

How do I cancel an order?

To cancel your order, please reach out to hello@sunniesface.com and we’ll handle your cancellation. Please note that we can no longer cancel your order once it has been arranged for delivery by DHL.

What do I do if I accidentally canceled my order?

Not to worry! Email us at hello@sunnifesface.com and we’ll help you sort it out.

Where can I find my official receipt?

You can find your commercial invoice included in your parcel.

You can check out as a guest or create an account so we can save your address for next time. You can also see your order history with your Sunnies Face account.
